Cognatrix 1.2.3 updater
An updater has been released for Cognatrix. This version corrects a problem where choosing Prefer URLs in the Generate XML... dialog can produce invalid XML (PSRK5263A). Also improves handling of complex URLs containing spaces and other characters that need to be "percent-escaped".
